Alemka is a Psychologist with post graduate degrees in Psychology from Europe and Australia. She has specialist training in organizational psychology, relationship counselling, Gestalt therapy and Systemic Constellation Work.
Since first introduced to the Systemic Constellation Work in 1995, all areas of her personal and professional life have been inspired by it. Alemka has trained extensively in Germany with Bert Hellinger, the originator of SCW and other leading practitioners of this work. She facilitates workshops and offers training, as well as individual consulting sessions. More about her approach you can find HERE.
Alemka’s passion for Constellation Work is reflected through her facilitation, her teaching, as well as through her regular contributions to the International Constellations Journal “The Knowing Field”.
She has translated and published a seminal constellations book “Love’s Hidden Symmetry”, which has been a major textbook for many students of constellations in the past decade in the whole of the Balkans region. Alemka established an association for systemic constellations, which has been a support and a resource for many interested in this work in Croatia and the region.
She was the principal organizer of the two international gatherings of systemic constellators in Croatia and was instrumental in developing ethical guidelines for constellation practitioners.
Alemka established and is a moderator of the Facebook group “Constellations According to Hellinger International Forum”, which is a forum for everyone who is interested in Systemic Constellations as developed by Bert Hellinger and who wants to support the spreading of his teachings.

Biografija
Magistra Psihologije sa diplomama iz Evrope i Australije i sa dugogodišnjim iskustvom rada na području savjetovanja, obiteljske terapije, te osobne i ratne traume. Alemka je završila edukaciju za Geštalt terapeuta, a u radu se oslanja na znanja iz mnogih drugih psihoterapeutskih orijentacija. Od 1996 godine, kada se prvi puta susrela s Konstelacijskim radom prošla je intenzivnu edukaciju s Bertom Hellingerom i drugim vodećim stručnjacima za konstelacijski rad. Alemka nudi individualne sastanke te vodi radionice i edukaciju iz sistemskih konstelacija. Član je Međunarodne udruge za sistemske konstelacije i redovno objavljuje u internacionalnom časopisu za sistemske konstelacije “The Knowing Field”. Alemka kontinuirano radi na promoviranju konstelacijskog rada, naročito u Hrvatskoj, kroz aktivnosti udruge za sistemsku djelatnost “Konstelacija” čiji je osnivač, kroz prevođenje konstelacijske literature, širenje znanja o konstelacijama kroz medije, te organiziranje seminara sa vodećim međunarodnim voditeljima. Godinama također vodi konstelacije, kroz grupe i individualno i zajedno sa suprugom Maxom, odškolovala je generacije konstelatora, od kojih se mnogi danas i sami bave ovom metodom.
Većina programa trenutno se odvija ONLINE. U konstelacijsko polje sada se možete priključiti iz bilo kojeg kutka svijeta, raditi na osobnim pitanjima, proći edukaciju i dobiti diplomu programa “Konstelacije prema Hellingeru”.
