Biography
I am an ICF certified (ACC) life and leadership coach, dedicated to partnering with individuals through significant life and career transitions.
I believe that periods of transition and change present unique opportunities for learning, expansion, and transformation.
My passion lies in creating a nurturing space for emerging possibilities, supporting individuals through a journey of exploration and development.
In about two decades of a Human Resources career in Indian and multinational organizations, I have collaborated closely with many business leaders to anchor organizations through pivotal changes in periods of growth as well as consolidation.
I earlier saw myself as an enabler of businesses, leaders and teams, which gradually broadened and deepened over time. I now see myself as a space-holder, a co-traveler and a growth ally.
Consequently, my coaching style integrates both conventional and deep methodologies, allowing me to meet my clients where they are in their unique journeys. I embrace a client-led, empathetic, and organic approach, rooted in a deep trust in the natural capacity of individuals to navigate life’s transitions.
I have also completed the Basic and Advanced Practitioner Courses in Systemic Theory & Practice in Family Constellations. This specialized training adds a systemic lens to my world view and enriches my work with clients, facilitating an organic expansion often experienced as a natural movement.
Drawing insights from my holistic experience thus far and through the tutelage of amazing teachers, I see my role as creating a safe and supportive space for my clients, accompanying them on their journey of personal and professional processes, fostering self-discovery and growth.
